1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days of order placement.

  • Made-to-order (pre-order) items require up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Note: All delivery estimates are business days, excluding weekends and UPS-observed holidays.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

  • We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number and link.

  • You can also view tracking details anytime under “My Orders” on our website.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Transit times are estimates; weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may cause delays.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report any lost or damaged package within 7 days of the delivery date to (916) 550-168 ext. 2 or admin@visionmachineryinc.com.

  • We will coordinate with UPS to secure a replacement or refund.
