In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days of order placement.

Made-to-order (pre-order) items require up to 10 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS.

5. Shipping Delays

Transit times are estimates; weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may cause delays.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
